What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that these things happen.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel 48 hours before the pick-up time.
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We monitor your flight via the Flight App but the maximum time of the delay which is accepted is 1 hour for International arrivals and 30 minutes for Domestic arrivals
What if I miss my flight?
We suggest you take out travel insurance as booking will be cancelled with no compensation

How early do I need to book?
You can book up to 48 hours before. However, we advise you to book as soon as possible.
What happens if I lose my luggage?
When you discover that your baggage is lost, please inform us as soon as possible by calling our phone number displayed in the confirmation email.
We inform you that the first hour of waiting is free from the landing of your plane.
After 1 hour of waiting MyDriverNoosa can charge you $25AUD (incl GST) per 15 minutes increments of extra wait.
How long will My Driver Noosa wait for me?
If you have booked a transfer from the airport, MyDriverNoosa will wait 60 minutes maximum at International arrivals and 30 minutes at Domestic arrivals.
If you do not contact MyDriverNoosa or do not answer his call during this limited time, MyDriverNoosa can leave without waiting, and the transfer will be considered as made.
The wait is $25AUD (incl GST) per 15 minutes increments after the 1st hour for International arrivals and after 30 minutes for Domestic arrivals.
Why do you need my mobile number?
If MyDriverNoosa needs to contact you, we will call this number.
Why do you need a flight number?
If you provide us with your flight number at the time of booking then this allows for us to monitor the relevant flight and alter the collection time accordingly to ensure that we meet you when your flight lands.
Does My Driver Noosa allow animals?
Domestic animals can only be transported in a transport cage providing safety and comfort, with the necessary documents (e.g.: pet passport).
Please inform us when you make the reservation. Assistance and blind dogs are transported free of charge.
Can we make additional stops or pickups?
Additional stops or pickups may increase the distance travelled and may also incur a waiting time charge. We charge $25 per 15 minutes increment for each stop.
Should I take out travel insurance?
We strongly recommend passengers purchase travel insurance prior to departure as we do not take any liability if you miss your flight, your flight is cancelled, or you are unable to travel. MyDriverNoosa is fully insured for Public Liability, Comprehensive Insurance.
How do we meet My Driver Noosa for pick-up at the airport?
Brisbane International Terminal (BNE) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you after your flight’s arrival between the Custom exit doors and The Coffee Club inside the Arrival Hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you on WhatsApp if needed.
Brisbane Domestic Terminal (BNE) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you after your flight’s arrival at the luggage carousel assigned to your flight inside the arrival Hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you on WhatsApp if needed.
Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you after your flight’s arrival at the luggage carousel area inside the arrival hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you on WhatsApp if needed.
What is private transfer from airport?
A private transfer is a vehicle reserved solely for your party. Private transfers will be waiting for you as a Meet and Greet on arrival to the destination airport and will take you directly to your hotel or apartment, without any stops on route.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when you make your booking.
Do I need to tip the driver?
You are not required to tip your driver although any tip is greatly appreciated by them.
Do I need a mobile number in order to make a booking?
In order to receive communication from us in the form of SMS messages confirming the driver’s details, status and meeting points we do advise that a mobile number is provided when making a booking

Do My Driver Noosa cover other transfers?
Yes. We offer Chauffeur drives anywhere on the Sunshine Coast minimum 3 hour or daily hire. Please see Services, Chauffeur drives on our website.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We will inform you of all charges prior to your acceptance of the journey.
